CosmoCaixa Barcelona

CosmoCaixa is the Museum of Science of Barcelona and works to promote an understanding of science and to raise awareness of environmental issues and the problems faced by our planet today.

These are some of the reasons why it represents an important part of the cultural scene in Barcelona.

It also offers the possibility to take an enthralling journey through the evolution of matter and life on our planet, with experiments, real pieces and living beings, to visit temporary exhibitions and to enjoy the “Flooded forest”, strolling around 1.000 m2 of Amazon jungle observing the animals and the plants that live there.
